Q- What's your minimun order?
A- Our minimum order is 3 selections of either Dresses or Sets:( Top/Jacket/Coat + Pants/Skirt + Belt + Shawl/Scarf). Or a dozen (12 selections) of Belts or Scarves.
2) Q- What if I was not happy with what I got from you in the shipment?
A- DAIRI assures all customers that this service is 100% satisfaction
guaranteed. We've been in business since 1986, so if you're not completely
happy with our products, be assured that we'll do our best to have your
full satisfaction!
3) Q- What are your best sellers?
A- Our Freatured styles in our Gallery page
are all excellent sellers.
4) Q- I'm not used to ordering online I have to see the clothes in front
of me?
A- Well, you can ask us to send you some samples of our best sellers
to check them out closely, there should be no problem.
5) Q- Actually I don't have a store, do you sell to individuals?
A- Our business is basically wholsaling to stores, but we can forward
your order to some of our Retailers in your area if you like, we have
Clients in almost every state in the United States, or you may ask to
contact our Agent's show room in your area.
6) Q- Do you make special orders?
A- Sure we do, when you place a special order, allow 3-6 weeks before
we can ship, if you want a special color, just send us the swatch for
it. Also we do all plus sizes, although all our styles are [one size
fits the most]
7) Q- How do I order?
A- Just call our office and ask to speak with one of our representatives..
8) Q- How can I get your catalog & price list?
A- When you Register with us, you will be
able to browse our online wholesale prices. Just remember, Free Catalog
will be shipped with your first order.
9) Q- How fast can you ship to me?
A- We ship with UPS, you can choose
to ship the Next day, 2nd day, 3 days, or regular service (will take
about 4-5 business days)
10) Q- Can I pay for my order later using terms?
A- It could be done only on approved credit.
