What is minimum order limit?
Our minimum order is 3 selections of either Dresses or Sets: Top/Jacket/Coat + Pants/Skirt + Belt + Shawl/Scarf. Or one dozen (12 selections) of Belts or Scarves.
What if I am not happy with my shipment?
DAIRI assures all customers that products and services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We’ve been in business since 1986, so if you’re not completely happy with our products, be assured that we’ll do our best to have your full satisfaction!
What are your best seller items?
Our Featured styles in our “Line” page are all excellent sellers.
Not used to ordering online, I have to see the clothes first, any alternatives?
You could request to receive Samples of our featured items in order to check them closely, or you are most welcome to visit our Warehouse at Los Angeles office.
Actually I don’t have a store, do you sell to individuals?
Our business is basically wholesaling to stores, but we can forward your order to some of our Retailers in your area, we have Clients in almost every state in the United States, or you may ask to contact our Agent’s show room in your area.
Do you make special orders?
We do make Special orders. When you place a special order, allow 3-6 weeks before we can ship, if you want a special color, just send us the swatch for it. Also we do all plus sizes, although all our styles are “one size fits the most”
How do I order and pay?
When you Register and request a Sample order, you will get our Sketch Catalog and prices. You could choose to pay by Visa, MasterCard card, check or Paypal.
How fast can you ship a regular order?
Order processing depends on availability of items and/or colors. If ready we ship Next day, 2nd day, 3-day, or regular service (usually for a normal order takes about 4-7 business days)
Can I pay for my order using terms?
We do extend payment terms on approved credit.
What is your “Return Policy”?
Our Return Policy:
- Prior authorization is required.
- If you are having any issues after receiving your order, just contact us immediately. We care to keep you satisfied every time you order from us.
